Imam Sadeq (PBUH) says:

Satan commanded to prostrate to Adam, and he said: O Lord, and you will be comforted if you exempt me from prostration to Adam to worship you, His servants, no one has ever worshiped like her. God Almighty said: I love to be obeyed in terms of I want

Satan was commissioned to prostrate to Adam. He said, “My Lord, I swear by dignity if you exempt me from prostration to Adam I will worship you so that no one has worshiped you.” The Lord said, “I like to worship as I want.”
