Calm your heart by remembering death;
Confess to the destruction of her;

Fear the transformation of the days, and the ugliness of his night and night;
To make the history of the past on him,
And remember what has happened to the ancients.
Turn on the destroyed walls and works of the devastated,
And see what they did, and where they landed, and where they landed,
Separated from friends and traveled to the wall of the West,
It is not as if it is not when you are one of them,
So put the future position; The hereafter is prevalent in the world.
My son, you created for the hereafter, not the world,
To go out of the world, not to stay in it, for death, not the eternal life in the world,
That you may migrate from the world at any moment, and to the hereafter.
And you are a hunt for death whose escape is no rescue
And whosoever you seek reaches it, and eventually he takes him.

Be prepared to meet you when you meet death in any way.
Increase your force, and keep the waist closed that will not suddenly come and defeat you.
Lest the worldly attachment, and their greedy invasion of the world, will pride you;
