Imam Baqir (PBUH) said:

I asked him about the weakening, and he said that he is not the one who is unable It is not believed that they are disbelieved, so they are the two of the two and the one who is from men and women on the same as the minds of the two of the two of the two.

Ibn Tayyar says: I asked Imam Baqir (as) what the weak is, he said: One who does not find the way to disbelief and has no way of faith to become a believer, he can not become an infidel and no ability to become a believer. Women and men whose reason is like children’s wisdom or those from which the pen has been removed.
