Imam Baqir (AS) says:

If a man has money from a deprivation, a pilgrimage, nor Umrah, nor a compassion, is accepted from him until he spoils the vulva.

Whenever a person obtained a financial man is forbidden, he will not be accepted from him, neither Umrah nor mercy and even on his marriage and marriage.
