Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) says:

The best of the hadith is the book of God and the best of guidance is the guidance of Muhammad, may God bless him and his family and the evil of the affairs.

The best word is the Book of God and the best way is the method of Muhammad (peace be upon him) and the worst of the heresies.
